The Bolton Clarke Homeless Person Program support Melbourne Zero. Our community health nurses and care aids provide primary health care, outreach and support to people experiencing homelessness. Our organisational values of listening, kindness, togetherness and safety align with Melbourne Zero.
We believe through collaboration and shared values, as a community we can achieve social inclusion and address the social determinants of health underpinning health inequality - for example housing, access to health care, addiction, and economic environments. Together we can end homelessness!
