Our vision is fuelled by a passion for supporting people where no one is left to face life’s challenges alone.
We offer purpose, hope, support, and connection to people with complex needs living in low cost housing, or who are homeless. We work to actively connect people to health, housing and community services that will improve health and wellbeing and support social and recreational activities.
Our programs accept referrals from a wide range of local services, self-referrals and we also actively seek participants through assertive outreach.
