Community Support Group (CSG) auspice by Centre for Multicultural Youth (CMY), operates in Dandenong Casey Cardinia Shire. CSG is a South Sudanese place-based, community led approach aimed at strengthening services and support for South Sudanese young people, families and communities.
Being part of Melbourne (and Dandenong) Zero Network; and given the significant rise of homelessness within the South Sudanese community, the CSG shared the passion of working collectively with stakeholders to end rough sleeping by 2030. “We’re excited to be part of a diverse network of organizations with a worthy cause of uplifting disfranchised groups”, said Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia Shire CSG Coordinator.
